Quite simply, we want to be the best online shop you've ever used. As needle artists, we appreciate that when you fall in love with a
pattern, you want to start it today!
So here is our promise to you: orders for delivery within the UK, if placed before 5pm, will be shipped on the same day. Orders are checked every
day, including Sunday!
You may order online, by telephone or by email.
If you’re not comfortable using our secure online ordering service, or wish to pay by cheque or organize our free delivery service, then
feel free to email us. Don’t be afraid to ask, as we’ve yet to find a request we haven’t been able to meet.
If the item you've ordered is out of stock, we will tell you straight away, and find out how you’d like to proceed.
International orders: shipping costs will vary. The standard shipping cost will be added to your order, but an adjustment may be created to compensate.
Returns: Due to copyright issues, books and patterns are, unfortunately, not returnable. Fabric must be returned complete
and unwashed.
If you can't find something that you want, then email us! We may have it in, but haven't put it on the site yet! We’re also very happy to order anything you like. If it’s still available, we’ll find it.
Paypal
You do not need a paypal account to use our site, however any card transactions will be handled by Paypal. Some customers have told us that, occasionally, clicking "Add to Cart" takes them to a paypal login page instead of displaying a shopping cart. This is a bug that is caused by us adding google analytics widgets to the pages. Please let us know if you find this problem and we'll sort it out for you.
